Sorry i have been quiet, i am so unbelievably busy i feel like am power walking everywhere lol!
Just wanted to quickly share a few things with you. I got a lot of positive reviews from the product giveaway i did back in February, i was so nervous sending my little gems ( that's what i call them) out so you can imagine how happy i was. We at pretty curls are starting the new year with running shoes on, our website has a new look and we've added more products on our hair and skin care range. We have a range of pure oils to nourish and heal hair and skin and have added Citrus Spice and Lemon Meringue to our Shea Range. Yep we are very excited. We've noticed even the cold winter hasn't had an effect on our glowing skins...thanks to magical shea butter and camellia oil. Oh yes...we laugh in the face of the cold winter wind...mama shea butter has gots us covered!!!

On that note we at Pretty Curls are looking for 10 people to do a product review on one of our Pretty Curls products. Free samples await the first 10 people to email me. Dry hair rescue

Avocado Hair Mask

This hair rescue is perfect for dry damaged hair. I use it just before i have plaits in my hair. It creates the perfect curl ringlets and strengthens hair too.

Recipe:
Ingredients
1 very large avocado
3 tablespoons of avocado oil
3 table spoons of vegetable glycerine
3 table spoons of honey
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
coconut milk...i use coconut cream because it gives a better consistency.

Put everything in a blender and whizz it up to a creamy consistency. Apply to clean hair or freshly washed hair. Leave on for about an hour and wash off. Hello beautiful ringlets :)

My hair..in a nutshell

I thought i’d put a pictures of my hair. I make my own products and use them too…just had my second big chop, sadly my computer crashed and i lost all of my pictures, a whole year of natural hair documents, all my music too :(.

Any way i’d just have to start all over again. I have been using natural products for the last two years and my hair is VERY healthy and to me is growing really fast. I mainly use Shea butter in all my regimes…even when i do hot oil treatments. I use the Shea on my skin too and it has reduced the appearance of some of my blemishes…total bonus.

Today i ordered labels, jars, some more raw materials which is mainly shea butter and coconut butter. I love these too...they are sooo awesome.

Today i made Lavender spiced shea butter and they smell gorgeous...the whole house smells of lavender, just lush!!!

This week i sold more lavender spice shea than ever...maybe its because its winter!! lol.

Thanks to all my regular customers..you guys rock big time. I will add more ranges in the new year.
